Brilliant food and super efficient service

Great place very well laid out

No hot water for 3 days we did raise with desk. No action was taken and no apology forthcoming!

Great pool, great staff, friendly cats around the place. Food is decent and good selection for breakfast. They also have an on site shop with drinks snacks medical supplies etc

Very comfortable hotel with staff who go the extra mile to please

The most helpful friendly staff I have met in a long time. Every single staff member right across the board I cannot praise enough.

The food was very average indeed and the hotel location is a bit far away from everything. Taxis are very reasonable however but if you prefer to walk be aware around the hotel the Footpaths are not good

Disappointing.

A small, quiet complex.

The situation. Transportation to and from the complex was limited. The footpaths in the area were unfinished, and looked like they had been that way since the complex was built. Some bar staff unfriendly, a lady at the pool bar made us feel like she was doing us a favour by serving us.

Quiet and comfortable hotel with great staff, who really go the extra mile

We liked Maspalomas/ Meloneras area from many perspectives, but about the hotel Los Calderones we especially liked the location in quiet area and being close enough to beach and restaurants to walk, hotel facilities and room in general, wide selection of options for breakfast, pool area, live music at the bar area every evening, BUT above all the nice and friendly and supportive personnel at the reception. Muchas gracias and we consider to return :)

Be aware of the road on the back and future development area in front of the hotel. Inside you do not see the construction area at all, so that's not a worry actually, but if you have room on the back, consider the traffic noise.

Nice stay as average quality of food and place to be improved

The tropical garden Cats Pool and gym

The bed frame is moving and make noise , the bed are separate not double and we knew it but is really hard to sleep close to the middle and I could not sleep well each night . Beds have only duvet and not bed sheet so you if gets to hot at night no chances . Breakfast is good average scores 7/10 .( juices and fruits low quality and from concentrate ) The dinner was really low quality not many options and over priced 25£ , steak if you call steak was basic and the chef did not know how to cook properly . The staff is friendly the lady in the night is amazing and others a bit basic English language . The jacuzzi is old and smells not good doesn’t work properly poor maintainer and clean.

Beautiful quiet secluded hotel

Nice territory of the hotel; new clean rooms and furniture; well isolated; no kids / not noisy; nice vegan options for those who don’t consume meat & dairy :)

The pool was very cold (stayed in November); no coffee machine in the room; quite pricey food at the pool bar although tasty.

We came for the sunshine and got it. So nice after the cold wet winter in Ireland. We really enjoyed

The pool area and sun lounges are very clean, comfortable and relaxing, although the temperature of the swimming pool was freezing. The food is basic not very hot although there are microwaves to heat up the food. There was sufficient choice for breakfast, but evening meal wasn’t great.

The warm food was cold and had been sitting out for a long time. Not great flavour and quality was very cheap

Great clean hotel with lovely pool, breakfast and staff in a not so good area

I have mixed feelings. The hotel was spotless, the room spacious and lovely. Great shower and soft pillows. The breakfast was great. The pool and bar areas lovely with comfy sun beds and the staff were very friendly and helpful. But the area is strange and across a big road is a very noisy enormous hotel which keeps you from enjoying the tranquility at night. But that is not the fault of this hotel.

I just didn’t like the area. There’s nothing there really but it’s a twenty five minutes walk to Maspolomas beach and the hotel does provide a shuttle bus in the day but at night the few restaurants are not great

No kids good facilities pool was nice

No sink downstairs kettle was not automatic water pressure n shower kept going hot cold I reported but was not fixed

Just back and dont regret revisiting

I really liked the staff. Very polite and friendly. I also like how quiet and compact the resort is. Adds to the sense of comfort and lending to a nice friendly vibe

My only issue on a negative side about this hotel is the location. Situated in between Meloneras and Playa de Ingles for some its walking distance particularly to Meloneras but other than that it makes the guest taxi dependent mostly
